Judy Steen

Celebration of Life services for Judy Watkins Steen age 71 widow of Sidney Steen, Sr. will be held 4:00pm Saturday at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  Pastor Cliff Leonard will officiate, with burial in Darlington Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Saturday one hour prior to the services.

Mrs. Steen went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.  She was born in Hartsville, the daughter of the late Lawson Watkins and Ruth Perdue.  She was as graduate of Hartsville High School and Florence-Darlington Technical College.  She was employed with Carolina Power and Light for 17 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Sidney “Tyson” (Sheree) Steen, Jr. Georgetown, Robert (Rose) Steen, Hartsville; daughter, Cynthia Kissiah, Darlington; sister, Sharon Cross, Ridgeway; grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda) Kissiah, Hartsville, Matthew (Kelsey) Kissiah, Hartsville, Erica Steen, Erin Steen, Emily (Rivers Martin) Steen, all of Georgetown, Stacie Pretel, Myrtle Beach, Danielle (Josh) Robertson, Hartsville, Bogan (Hillary) Hall, Hartsville; great grandchildren, Payton Kissiah, Hartsville, Lincoln Cook, Nixon Cook, Carter Cook, all of Myrtle Beach, Harper Kissiah, Hartsville, Addylyn Gainey, Bentley Gainey, Hartsville, Benjamin Robertson, Hartsville, Kayli Robertson, Hartsville, Brody Hall, Hartsville, Grayson Griggs, Hartsville, Dorothy Sessions, Georgetown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney “Spanky” Steen, Sr.  and her grandson, Casey Steen.
