Dorothea Lisa Budzinski "Dotty" Wright

Hartsville ~ Mrs. Dorothea Lisa Budzinski “Dotty” Wright, 66, passed away on Thursday afternoon, January 2nd, 2020, while at MUSC – Florence Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 on Monday afternoon, January 6th, 2020, from Rivers of Living Water Church.  Reverend Tom Gainey will officiate with burial following in the church cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Wright was born in Queens, New York, a daughter of the late Joseph Frank & Pauline Kawaski Budzinski.  Dotty was a nurse in the healthcare profession and loved gardening.  She was a member of Rivers of Living Water Church.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert Wright of the home; brothers, Thomas (Patricia) Budzinski of Toms River, New Jersey and Joseph Robert Budzinski of Hartsville.

Dotty was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
