Brenda Fales Gainey

Funeral services for Brenda Fales Gainey age 62 will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at the Clyde Church of God. Bishop Daniel Eli Poston, Bishop Don Childers and Bishop James Petty will officiate. Burial will be in the Clyde Church of God Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gainey was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late David and Sarah Shumate Fales. She retired from Carolina Pines RMC after 25 years of service and was Director of Nursing on 2nd floor. She was a member of Clyde Church of God. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Surviving are her husband, Johnny Gainey, Hartsville; two daughters, Jennifer (Tad) Thomas, Hartsville and Ashley (Brandi) Morris, Charlotte; one son, Kevin Gainey, Hartsville; two brothers, Jerry (Judy) Fales, Hartsville and Michael (Sharon) Fales, Hartsville; four grandchildren, Jackson Thomas, Leeah Thomas, David  (Harry) Thomas and Baby Morris. She was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Blackwell.
