Graveside services for William Jake (Jay) Kelly, Jr. age 63 will be held Saturday at 3:00 at the Piedmont Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville. Rev. Russell Gainey will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 - 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.

Jay was born in Bishopville a son of the late William Jake Kelly Sr. and Marjorie Stokes Kelly. He was previously employed with Reeves Brothers and Ivy Terrace Apartments in Bishopvile. He received  the State Award of "USDA South Carolina Multi-Family Housing Maintenance Person of the Year", on several occasions.

He is survived by a sister, Mary Ann Hopkins (David) of Sumter, His companion, Sandra Hatfield; one aunt Ella Jane Baker and a host of cousins and friends.
