Walter Eugene Phillips age 31 passed away October 8 at Kershaw Health. A cookout will be held on Saturday October 17 from 3-6 pm at his home at 3 Croft Mill Road, Camden, S.C.

Walter  was born in Camden February 15, 1989 a son of Brenda Stives Phillips and the late Calvin Phillips. He was a Moped Mechanic and loved the outdoors, his family and friends. He also loved his Horses.

Surviving are his mother, Camden; three brothers, Patrick Piver, Camden, Jon (Necole) Stives, Camden and Amos Phillips, Camden; several nieces & nephews.
