It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Trilby Jean Hall. Mrs. Hall age 81 passed away February 16, at the McLeod Hospice House.
Mrs. Hall was born in Darlington a daughter of the late Dargan and Elizabeth Alene Tyner Johnson. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday at 4:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Tim Williams will officiate. Visitation will be following the service.
She retired from Sara Lee Hosiery in 1997. After her retirement, she started cleaning WHSC radio station in Hartsville which led to her starting her own house cleaning business. Her daughter Jill joined her a couple of years later and they worked together for over 20 years. She loved her clients who would become family to her. She loved her family and friends, going to yard sales on Saturday, baking cakes and visiting with others.
Given the name “Tibbie” by her nieces and nephews she is survived by her daughters Robyn (Roger) Myers of Camden SC, Jill Kelley of Hartsville SC, a grandson Tyner Kelley of Hartsville SC, step-grandsons Justin Myers and his children Hazel and Roger of Camden SC, Matt (Amy) Kelley and their son Hank of Bishopville SC, nieces Mitzi (Brent) Melton and their children Trin, Ren, Camp, Camdyn and Caroline (Nick) Gainey and their children Dargan and Briggs all of McBee SC, Brett (Justin) Grant and their children Millie and Larkin of Mt. Pleasant SC, nephew Cash (Regine) Johnson and their children Felix and Jonah all of Munich, Germany, sister in law Joyce Johnson of Hartsville SC, brother in law Bruce Bowers of King NC. Special friends Judy Flowers and Teresa Gainey of Hartsville SC, Linda and Todd Flowers of Hartsville SC and Gail and Perry James and their grandson Cayden of Hartsville SC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Crowley, sister Sandra Bowers, brother Van Johnson and nephew Dargan Brown.
Her daughters would like to thank the nurses and staff at Carolina Pines ICU in Hartsville SC and McLeod Hospice House in Florence SC for their love and care for their mom during the last few weeks.
