Ted V. Chapman age 83 passed away September 6 while at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

Ted was born in Hartsville a son of the late Henry Dewitt Chapman and Mary Elizabeth Tyner Chapman.

Surviving is his wife, Rachel Perez Chapman, Darlington; one son, Mark Chapman, Hartsville, one daughter, Angela (Campbell) Clark of Darlington; one brother, Donnie Chapman, Greenville; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Tracy Chapman; grandson, William McCarthy.
