Tammy Marie Gainey

Hartsville, SC

     Mrs. Tammy Marie Kirven Gainey, 65, passed away Saturday evening, January 24th, 2026, while at home with her family.

     Mrs. Gainey was born in Darlington, a daughter of the late Lewis & Mary Weaver Kirven. She enjoyed fishing and always supported her Clemson Tigers. Tammy liked to read over different recipes and loved her grandchildren.

     Surviving is her husband, Tony Gainey; children, Mike (Jennifer) Adams and Tisha (Allen) Jones; stepchildren, Tony (Stephanie) Gainey, Jr., and Ryan (Lakin) Gainey; grandchild, Ethan Jones; step-grandchildren: Colton Gainey, River Gainey, Timber Gainey, and Asher Gainey. Also surviving is her sister, Susan Booker.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Dylan Adams; and a brother, Larry Kirven.

     The family welcomes friends for a time of visitation on Tuesday evening, January 27th, 2026, from 5-7 at Norton Funeral Home.
