Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Steven B. Sylvester, age 59, who passed away April 25, will be held Saturday at3:30 at the New Providence Baptist Church. Rev. Cliff Leonard will officiate. Burial will be in the Darlington Memory Gardens directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Steven was born in Hartsville a son of Gene & Sara Horne Sylvester. He was a member of New Providence Baptist Church and was employed with McLeod Hospital in Darlington. He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather and loved his cats and dogs.Surviving are his parents, Florence; Wife, Ginger Sylvester, Hartsville; Daughter, Meg (Justin) Davis, Hartsville; two brothers, Phillip (Diane) Sylvester, Hartsville and Terry (Wendy) Sylvester, Florence; two grandchildren, Brook & Lathan, of Hartsville; Sister In Law, Dottie Sylvester, Rock Hill; Several nieces & nephews.
