It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Shirley Jean Tyner King, age 79. Mrs. King passed away September 21, 2026 at her residence with her loving family by her side.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home, Rev. John Helms will officiate. Burial will be in the Westview Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
