Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Shirley Nettles Canady age 84, who passed away July 9, will be held Saturday at 2:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Ken Hughes will officiate. Burial will be Monday at 3:00 at the Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the Funeral Home. Shirley was born in Raleigh a daughter of the late William Zeb & Harriette Nadine Johnson Nettles. Surviving are her husband, James Gilbert Canady, Hartsville; one son, Eugene Thomas (Becky) Hopkins, Charlotte; one daughter, Harriette (Brian) Harle, Monroe; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. wwwnortonfh.net
