Ruth Phipps

Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Ruth Webb Phipps age 90, who passed away Nov. 24, will be held Friday at 3:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Buddy Amerson will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery . Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Phipps was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Lee Edward & Bertha Hawkins Hopkins. She was member of Spring Branch Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Carole Polson, Hartsville, one son, Johnny Webb, Hartsville, one Step-Daughter, Virginia Downey, Florence, 14 Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Muldrow Webb & Carlton Phipps, son, Edward Webb, Step-Daughter, Helen Wheeler, Son in Law, Jennings Polson. www.nortonfh.net
