Bishopville, S.C. Funeral services for Robert Clinton (Robbie) May, age 53, who passed away July 11, will be held Wednesday at 3:00 pm at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Buddy Amerson and Rev. Kimberly Evans will officiate. Burial will be in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Rembert, S.C. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Robert was born in Sumter a son of Margie Hatfield Gaylord and the late Christopher Columbus May. He was employed with Raceway Automotive as a Mechanic. Surviving are his Mother & Step-Father, Margie & Michael Gaylord, Bishopville, Daughters, Robin (Charles) Christmas and Elizabeth May, Bishopville, Grandchildren, Hunter & Aiden Christmas, Bishopville, Sister, Carol (Eddie) Amerson, Bishopville, Brothers, Gene (Julie) May, Rembert, Buddy McLeod, Altus, OK, Special Friend, Rosalie Hyatt and her children,Tammy (David) Erwin, Beverly (Tim) Dawkins and her two children Jarred & Charlotte Dawkins.
