Rita Schroeter

Hartsville, S.C. Rita Weiss Schroeter age 91, passed away Feb. 22. Services will be held at a later date in Norwalk, CT. Mrs. Schroeter was born in Hamburg, Germany and had lived in Hartsville for the past 14 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are two daughters, Rose Levy, Ruth Helms, both of Hartsville, two sons, Bernhard Schroeter, Upton, MA, Hans Waldmann, Alstead, NH, one sister, Lissi Minar, one brother, Walter Siedel, both of Hamburg, Germany, 6 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Oscar Waldmann and her second husband Werner Schroeter. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stone Mark Ln.
