Ricky Watford

Hartsville, SC Memorial services for Ricky (Root Dog) Watford age 57 will be held Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Charles McLendon will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Ricky died November 17, 2010. He was born in Hartsville the son of Mamie Smith Watford and the late JamesLee Watford. He was a member of Kelleytown Baptist Church where he was custodian for several years,he did construction work for various companies, (HB Robinson Plant, Cheraw Print and Dye, Klockmen Mills), until becoming disabled. He served in the United States Marine Corp. Surviving are his mother, Hartsville. Son: Richard Paul Watford, Hartsville. Brothers: Wayne (Brenda) Watford, Hartsville. James E. Jimmy (Sue) Watford, Patrick. Sister: Wanda Watford (Gary) Griggs, Hartsville. Grandchildren: Chance, Kali, Abigail, and Tyler Watford.
