Ricky Edwin Simmons, Sr.

Rickey Edwin Simmons, Sr. age 64 passed away January 4 at his residence.

A visitation will be held Sunday from 4-6 pm at Norton Funeral Home.

Rickey was born in Columbia a son of the late Ralph Edwon Simmons, Sr. and Susie Evelyn Hall Simmons. He was employed with SAIA Motor Freight in Florence as a Truck Driver. He loved fishing, camping and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Surviving is his wife, Coleen (Sissy) Mixon Simmons, Hartsville; three sons, Ronald Steven Simmons, Hartsville, Rickey (Stacie) Simmons, Jr., Hartsville and Jason (Becky) Simmons, Greeneville, TN; eight grandchildren, Colton Simmons, Kassidy Simmons, Cooper Simmons, Kaytlynn Simmons, Andrew Simmons, Madison Simmons, Jason (Rayne) Simmons and Erin (Toby) Robinson; four brothers, Terry (Janice) Simmons, Hartsville, Ralph Simmons, Jr. Hartsville, David (Tina) Simmons, Camden and Nickey (Lisa) Simmons, Cassatt.
