Richard Lee (Sam) Outlaw, Jr. age 37 passed away July 21. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 4:00 at the Middendorf Church Of The Living God. Rev. Nathaniel Brown will officiate.

Richard was born in Florence a son of Janet Goforth and the late Richard Lee Outlaw, Sr.

Surviving are his mother, of Patrick; four children, Alexus Outlaw, Trinty Outlaw, Candice Outlaw and Destiny Outlaw; The mother of his children, Jenifer Drotar; sister, Joanie Outlaw (Maurice Robinson); Niece, Elanti Outlaw; nephew, Maurice (Reese) Outlaw. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Outlaw, Sr.; sister, Ginger Rena Bare; Maternal Grandmother, Margaret Knowles; Paternal Grandmother, Teresa Outlaw; Paternal Grandfather, Rev. W.T. Outlaw; Uncle, Roy Outlaw.
