Phillip Travis Watkins

It is with sad hearts that we announce the death of Mr. Phillip Travis Watkins, age 67. Mr. Watkins passed away August 18, 2026 while at McLeod Hospice House with his loving family by his side.

Mr. Watkins was born in Florence a son of the late Wilton Travis Watkins and Barbara Ann Elmore Watkins.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 am at the Daystar Ministry, 307 Harris Street, Bishopville, S.C. Rev. Kent Hall and Rev. Randy Wilson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Wayside Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel.
