Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Phillip Edward Tallman, age 44, who passed away October 31, will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Tom Gainey will officiate. Family will receive friends at the residence at 18613 Highway 1, Hartsville. Phillip was born in Belle Glade, Fla. a son of Raymond Tallman & Cora Belle Fountain Tallman. He was in the Trucking Business and was a member of Rivers of Living Water Church. Surviving are his wife, Roxanne Gosa Snipes, Hartsville; two sons, Lewis Richard Snipes and Bradley Snipes of Picayune, Miss.; His mother of Hartsville; His father of Okahoma; one brother, Jeff Tallman of Hartsville; one sister, Jessica Fountain of Hartsville; one grandchild, Ayden Snipes, of Picayune, Miss. www.nortonfh.net
