Peggy Teigen Meggs age 58 passed away May 21. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home , Hartsville. Rev. Fred Griggs will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Peggy was born in Hartsville a daughter of Barbara Ann Griggs Teigen and the late Richard Allen Teigen. She attended Welsh Neck Baptist Church and worked at Galey and Lord for several years. She was a graduate of Darlington High School.

Surviving are her mother, Society Hill; one daughter, Danielle (Brent) Rogers, Bennettsville; one son, James Dylan Meggs, Society Hill; one brother, Ken (Tammy) Teigen, Charleston; two nephews, Michael Teigen, Charleston and Tradd Teigen, Charleston.
