It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Patricia Ann Spivey. Mrs. Spivey age 85 passed away March 10 while at Morrell Nursing Center.

Mrs. Spivey was born in East Saint Louis, IL a daughter of the late Ralph Haiselup and Benita Clark Haiselup Weckman. She was a caregiver and spent a lot of her life taking care of family members. She retired from Banking and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to play golf.

Surviving are two sons, Michael (Kelli) Spivey, Hartsville and Scott (Sheilia) Spivey, Hartsville; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Earnest Alvin Spivey and a sister, Joyce Horine.

"A Life So Beautifully Lived, Should Be Beautifully Remembered.

No services are planned and burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Illinois.
