Mrs. Nina Curry

Services for Mrs. Nina Francis Curry age 82 will be held Thursday at 3:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home. Pastor Mike Smith and Pastor Randy James will officiate, with burial in Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday 1:00-3:00pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Curry passed away on July 11, 2017 at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence, SC. She was born in Lydia, the daughter of the late Henry Arthur and Blanche Walters McDouglad. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She was a loving, giving person and she enjoyed traveling.

Surviving are her daughter, Cindy Smith, Florence; grandchildren, Brittney Smith Jacobs and Ryan Smith both of Cheraw; great grandchild, Carson Jacobs, Cheraw; brother, James McDougald, Hartsville; sister, Shirley McDougald Grainger, Hartsville. A special friend for the last 15 years, Mr. John Munn.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Blanche Kimmons; siblings, Daniel McDougald, Beatrice McDougald, Leonard McDougald, Minor McDougald, Linzie McDouglad, Leslie McDougald.
