Hartsville, SC Services for Mr. Melton Ford Brigman age 91 will be held Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 3:00pm at Lakeview Baptist Church. Rev. Ken Hughes and Rev. Tim McKnight will officiate, directed by Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Darlington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Saturday 5-7pm at the funeral home. Mr. Brigman passed away Friday, October 28, 2011. Hewas born in Kollack, SC the son of the late James Richard and Alene McDougald Brigman. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church, a Staff Sergeant in the US Army where he served as a Military Policeman, a Veteran of WWII, retired from Milliken Mills. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Surviving are his wife of 72 years: Lillie Mae Hilburn Brigman, Hartsville. Son: Larry M. (Pat) Brigman, Sr., Montgomery, AL. Daughter: Janice E. (Mike) Smith, Hartsville. Brother: Bobby Brigman, Rockingham, NC. Sister: Dorothy B. Allen, Rockingham, NC. Grandchildren: Angel (Mike) Wilson, Michael (Amanda) Smith, Cameron Brigman and Michelle, Hillari Price, Anthony (Ashley) Brigman, Daniel (Ginna) Humphries. Great Grandchildren: Jana, Catie, Cole, Ayden, Gunner, McKinley, Lily. Son In Law: Heyward Humphries. Predeceased by Daughter: Karen B. Humphries, Son: Donnie E.
