Mary Sue Warren

     It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Mary Sue Warren. Sue went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday morning, January 15th, 2026, while at home, surrounded by her family. She was 77 years old.

     Sue was born January 24, 1948 in Hartsville, SC to the late Harvey Lee and Mary Lee Shirley Shumate.

     Sue was a long time member of the Rivers of Living Water Church and owner of Blue Water Pools & Spas in Hartsville, SC. Sue spent her life serving the public, as well as her family and friends. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—shopping trips, sunny days at the beach, and a milkshake on Sunday.

     She will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

     Sue is survived by her daughter, Missy (Scott) Johnson and son, Cliff (Tammy) Huckabee. Grandchildren: Tara (Donrey) Marinas, Michael (Josh) Kelley, Kamden (Emily Bouska) Gainey, Keri (Johnny) Caulder, Nicholas (Tara) Gainey, and Tripp Huckabee. Great-Grandchildren: Lorenzo, Ainsley, Ellis, Taylor, Brigette, Connor, Oaklynn, Aurora, and Major. Beloved sister and friend, Billie Reinhardt.

     She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Jimmy Carroll Warren. Parents Harvey Lee and Mary Lee Shumate, and brothers Harvey Gene and Don Shumate.

     Her service will be conducted at 1 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, January 17th, 2026, by the graveside of Rivers of Living Waters Church Cemetery with Reverend Tom Gainey officiating. The family will be receiving friends Friday evening, from 5-7 at the residence - 1319 W. Bobo Newsom Hwy, Hartsville.
