Mary Vincent Boykin

Hartsville, S.C.

Mrs. Mary Vincent Boykin, age 77 passed away January 6 while at Carolina Pines RMC. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 3-5 pm at the funeral home.

Mary was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Fuller O’Neal and Bertha Winburn O’Neal. She retired from Hermitage Textile in Camden.

Surviving are one son, Travis (Scott Park) Vincent, Camden; one daughter, Jenny (Don Stokes) Rogers, Bishopville; two sisters, Mildred Brown, McBee and Marilyn Steen, Hartsville; Several grandchildren; four step children, Charlie Boykin, Marc Boykin, Eric Boykin and Tysha Boykin.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Hudson (Pete) Boykin; five sisters, Odessa Smith, Lois O’Neal, Eloise Smith, Edna Atkinson and Carolyn Gainey; three brothers, Evander O’Neal, Monroe O’Neal and George O’Neal.
