Louise Ballard Rogers, widow of Troy Rogers, Jr. passed away January 17 at her residence. Funeral plans will be announced.

Louise was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late George Gus Ballard, Jr. and Clara Bell Hall Ballard.

Surviving are one daughter, Ginger (George III) Green, Hartsvile; one grandson, George Green IV; one sister, Nancy (Donald) Brown, Sumter.
