It is with profound sorrow that the Bruesch family announces the passing of Lola Kay
Bruesch. Lola went home to be with her husband and the Lord on Friday the 21st of October 2022.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life for over 46 years, Leroy Bruesch. Her parents Dale and Zelda Maze, as well as her siblings. Her brothers Nate and Don Maze, and her sisters Peggy and Doris.
Lola is survived by her four children, her sons Travis and Dale Bruesch. As well as her daughters Bobette Dahl, and Melinda Byrd. Her numerous grandchildren; Caleigh, Brittany, and Raleigh Dahl, Nick Sizemore and his wife Taylor Sizemore, Heather Sizemore, Cassandra Bruesch, Joey Mabbutt, Jared Mabbutt, and Josh Mabbutt, Heidi Mabbutt, and Travis Mabbutt, Lela Duering, Amelina Duering, and Vivan Duering. Her great-grandchildren; Jace and Noah Sizemore, as well as her long-time Friend, Betty Thompson.
Lola was a native of Marienville, PA, she was a traveler, and spent her golden years in Hartsville, SC.
Lola loved nature, cooking, her chickens, and being close to her friends and family. She was a lover of the holidays and had a great love for her dog, Lola.
She had an eclectic taste in music and shared her love of music with those around her. She was an avid collector and loved searching and finding hidden treasures.
She loved her friends and family so deeply and will be looking down on them to watch all their accomplishments to come.
Mrs. Lola Kay Bruesch, 72, of Hartsville, passed away Friday morning, October 21st, 2022, while at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 on Thursday morning, October 27th, 2022, from the Florence National Cemetery.
