Lois Dority
February 19, 1941 — July 9, 2018
Funeral services for Lois Belmont Dority age 77 will be held Thursday at 4:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Dority was born in Lamar a daughter of the late Woodrow and Irene Melton Richardson. She worked at Red Fox Apparel and Craig Industries. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Surviving are her husband, Fred Dority, Lamar; one daughter, Ellen (Anthony) Burcham, Sumter; two sons, Robert Dority, Lamar and Daniel (Marilyn) Dority, Darlington; two sisters, Christine Morgan, Concord and Brenda Tiller, Hartsville; one brother, Bobby ( Carol) Richardson, Lamar; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
