A celebration of Life Memorial Service for Kelly Rene’ Watford age 40, will be held Saturday November 2 at 3:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home, 1414 West Carolina Ave. Hartsville, S.C. Rev. Michael Parnell and Rev. Tami Stover will officiate. Visitation will be following the service and at other times at the residence at 1009 Fair Ave. Hartsville, S.C.

Miss Watford was born in Florence a daughter of David and Joy Gilbert Watford.

Surviving are her parents, Hartsville; one son, Noah Andrew Flowers, Hartsville; two brothers, Shawn (Wendy) Gainey, Waldorf, Maryland and Travis (Angie) McCray, Waxhaw, N.C; also by God's Gift, her second mom, Bonnie Parnell, Lamar, SC
