Graveside service for Kathy Darlene Atkinson age 66, will be held Thursday at 4:00 at the Gum Branch Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Langford will officiate. Friends may call at the residence at 1108 Ashland Road, Hartsville anytime and on Wednesday 2-5 pm at Norton Funeral Home to view Ms. Atkinson and sign the register book.

Kathy was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late David Thomas and Louise Hendrix Atkinson. She was a member of Gum Branch Baptist Church and worked as a caregiver.

surviving are one son, Bryne Chad (Kim Walters) Campbell, Hartsville; one granddaughter, Bryanna Campbell, Hartsville; one brother, Gene (Geraldine) Atkinson, Hartsville. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas Atkinson, Randall Atkinson and Eddie Atkinson.
