Funeral services for Joanne Phillips Smith age 76, will be held Thursday at 3:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Darlington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith was born in Lancaster a daughter of the late Thomas Heyward Phillips and Myrtle McManus Vick. She attended Lakeview Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Todd Smith, Hartsville; four daughters, Renee Ursprung, Minnesota, Angela (William) Washburn, Hartsville, Lisa (Jeff) Ursprung, Georgetown and Tanya (Michael ) Dawson, Charlotte, N.C.; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
