Janette Dixon Rothe,  passed away on Monday, August 29th, 2022, at the age of 74. Born in Pocatello, Idaho to the parents of George Wilbur Dixon and Edna Hess Dixon she grew up with her family tending to the family farm in Pingree, Idaho.

Jan was a beaming light to everyone she met, her love of and devotion to Christ was no secret. She had a beautiful voice and shared that voice as she sang God’s praises. Family meant everything to her. Some of her favorite ways to spend her time was sitting on the porch with her husband, watching birds eat and seeing the sun sparkle through splashing water as bird bathed. She loved to travel, bake cookies with her grandchildren, host large gatherings of family and friends and help anyone in need.

Jan’s Celebration of Life will be held at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Hartsville, SC on September 4th at 3:00pm. A reception will precede the service beginning at 2:00pm.
