Services of Remembrance for Helen Tolson Winburn age 68 will be 3:00pm Tuesday at Brown Springs Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday, 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home.

Helen passed away December 3, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Hartsville, the daughter of the late John Tracy and Ollie Perdue Tolson. Helen was retired from Cheraw Yarn Mill after 18 years of service. After retirement, she cared for and loved many children for 7 years at A Kidz Place II. She dedicated her whole life to following Jesus Christ and showing His love to everyone. She enjoyed being a devoted, lifetime member of Brown Springs Baptist Church. She loved to go shopping, jewelry, and to visit the mountains. She was an avid Carolina gamecocks fan. Her contagious smile and laugh would light up any room.

Left to cherish her precious memory are her husband of 48 years, Harold Winburn of the home; son, Harold (Emily) Winburn Jr., Bethune; daughter, Heather Winburn, Patrick; grandson, “her heart”, Garret Parker (Abby Nettles) Winburn, Bethune; granddaughter, Natalee Reese Winburn, Bethune; sisters, Edna White of Cheraw, Trudy Chisholm of Patrick, and Jessie (Leandro) Pacheco of Patrick.
