Gregory Michael Sova

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Mr. Gregory Michael Sova age 61. Mr. Sova passed away October 22, 2025 while at McLeod RMC.

Mr. Sova was born in Saratoga, New York, April 8, 1964, the son of Joyce Sprague Sova and the late Leon Sova.

Mr. Sova had a Masters Degree in education, was a wrestling coach alongside with having been a Principal for many years. He loved watching football, playing rummy and gin, and sitting by the pool getting his tan on.

Surviving is his wife, Jill Silva; Biological daughter, Sydney Sova; stepchildren, Alexis Halpin, Amanda Halpin and Amber Halpin. He also had three granddaughters, Violet, Olivia and Adara; his mother, Joyce Garvis Sova; two brothers, Jeff and Allen.

No services are planned at this time and a full obituary will be posted later.
