It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Gloria Mixon Watford age 71 on April 9 at her residence.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday April 12 at 1:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Richard Mixon will officiate. Visitation will be following the service.

Mrs. Watford was born in Hartsville, a daughter of the late Coy Mixon, Sr. and Maggie Marie Register Mixon. She worked for several years at Mr. B’s. She loved her cats and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Surviving is her husband, Herbert Randy Watford, Hartsville; two daughters, Lisa (Timmy) Davis, Hartsville,and Crystal (Robbie) Cantey, Hartsville; one grandson, Zachary Davis, Hartsville; two sisters, Patricia Ann Lloyd, Lydia and Annie Sue McPherson, Lydia; two brothers, Rev. Richard (Judy) Mixon, Hartsville and Ernest Mixon, Hartsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Coyt Mixon, Jr. and James Mixon; two sisters, Frances Glisson and Margaret Wallace.
