View Remembrance Video Bethune, S.C. Funeral services for Gladys Wright Andrews, age 84, who passed away October 6, will be held Wednesday at 5:00 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home, Hartsville. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Andrews was born in Chesterfield a daughter of the late Virgil Oscar & Frances Poston Wright. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, sister and was loved by all who knew her. Surviving are two daughters, Dorothy (Rev. Thomas) Brown, Bethune and Barbara (Jerry) Brown, McBee; two sons, Bruce (Elizabeth) Childers, Gastonia, N.C. and William (Susie Short) Childers, McBee; 12 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren; one sister, Susie (Roger Woolford) Faulkenberry, Lugoff; two brothers, Hazel (Janell) Wright, Hartsville and Reccie Wright, Whitesville, West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil (Zeke) Andrews; three brothers, J.C., Ernest & Fred Wright and one sister, Margie Yon.
