Funeral services for Freddie H. Galloway age 84, will be held Wednesday January 30 at 2:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Galloway Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday  1:00 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Rev. Danny Holley will officiate.

Freddie passed away January 28, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Hartsville a son of the late Hudson Pitts and Ina Walker Galloway. He was a member of Patesville Masonic Lodge #295. He served in the National Guard, was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife of 64 years Berdie Williamson Galloway, Hartsville; son, Stephen H. (Debora) Galloway, Florence; two daughters, Angela Galloway (Gene) Hardee, Hartsville and Tina Galloway Herring, Hartsville; grandchildren, Shannon Fraser, Michelle Weatherford, Matthew Herring, Nicholas Herring, Jordan Germond; great grandchildren, Kyleigh Dixon, Anna Claire Weatherford, Kyla Blake Herring, Steele Herring, Kinley Herring.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Galloway and a brother Jimmy Galloway.
