Dorothy Elaine Taylor

     Mrs. Dorothy Elaine Taylor, 75, passed away Sunday, August 17th, 2025, while at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.

     Mrs. Taylor was born in Brevard, NC, a daughter of the late Andrew & Dina Lusk. She retired from the healthcare industry as a CNA.

     Surviving is her children: James Rackley, Joseph Rackley, Judson Rackley, and Jason Rackley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 4 siblings; and other extended family members.

     She was preceded in death by her parents.

     The family will hold a memorial service in the coming days to honor her memory.
