It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mrs. Debra Ann Smith Norris, wife of Kenneth Norris.
Mrs. Norris age 65 passed away on October 22, 2026 while at the McLeod Hospice House.
All arrangements will be in her hometown of Dunlap, TN.
