Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Deanne Griggs Johnson, age 64, who passed away November 1, will be held Friday at 3:00 at Piney Plains Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. William Griggs will officiate. Entombment will be in Westview Mausoleum directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Deanne was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Bobby Robert & Ellen Teal Griggs. She was a partner at Klip N Kurl Beauty Salon, was a member of Piney Plains Free Will Baptist Church, a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. Surviving are her husband, Johnnie Johnson, ofHartsville; adaughter & son-in-law, April & Jeff Sherrill of Lexington; agrandson, Jacob Sherrill ofLexington; twosisters, Linda (Johnny) Mitchell ofHartsville andNioka (Ethell) Jones, ofHartsville; onebrother, Randall (Gale) Griggs ofChesterfield.
