Danny Joe Munn

A celebration of remembrance for Danny Joe Munn will be held on Sunday afternoon from 2:00-4:00pm held from The Parlor at First Baptist Church in Hartsville.  The family welcomes you to drop in for a time of remembrance.

Mr. Munn age 76 passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024.  He was born in Hartsville, SC the son of the late Willie and Lillie Mae Walters Munn.  He worked at Sonoco Products Company for 33 years, he loved the Atlanta Braves, loved playing softball back in his younger years.  He loved his wife, children, family and his beloved pet “KoKo”.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda Munn; step-son, Phillip Melton; children, Dawn Munn, Chris (Kim) Munn, Keith (Laura) Munn; grandchildren, Tyler Poole, Christian Munn, Meagan Munn, Rhett Munn and Trevor Munn; brothers, Gene Munn, Carl Munn; special nephews, Jason Munn and Wayne Newsome, special niece, Leigh Munn; several other nieces, nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews.
