Graveside services for Cornelia Eubanks (Judy) Roach, age 81 will be held Wednesday at 1:00 at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Corder will officiate. Visitation will be following the service in the Church Fellowship Hall.
Mrs. Roach was born in Camden a daughter of the late Cleo Eubanks and Edna Catoe Eubanks. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She and her husband loved to travel to the Beach and Mountains and loved her nieces and nephews.
Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Willie Lee Roach, Bethune; one daughter, Myra (Lane) Melton, McBee; one son, Mike (Kathryn) Roach, Florence; six grandchildren, Hope (Patrick) Tyner, Meagan (Jason) Mirarchi, Clifton (Dessiree) Melton, Samantha (Garrett) Tomberlin, Elizabeth (Raffy Sto Domingo) Roach and Michael Roach; five great grandchildren, Parker Tyner, Isabella Tyner, Madison Tyner, Maverick Melton and Mason Tomberlin; one brother, John (Bonnie) Eubanks, Bethune; two sisters, Pauline Mangum, Myrtis Newman. She was preceded in death by a sister Grace and husband Curt Gainey; brother in law, Grady Newman and Neil Mangum.
