Christine Brigman Wilson

    Christine Brigman Wilson, a devoted mother and Nana, passed away on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at the age of 55.

    Mrs. Wilson was born in Hartsville on November 17th, 1969, a daughter of the late Doug and Joyce Brigman.

    She was a long-time resident of Hartsville. She was a kind and loving person. She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unconditional love. She had an amazing talent for making others laugh, even when she was suffering herself. Her younger years were spent working customer service at the IGA. She loved her co-workers and customers and treated them like family.

    She will be forever missed by her daughters, Caitlin (Jody Lloyd) Wilson and Jessica (Joseph) Lynch. She was blessed and proud to be a Nana to four grandchildren: Paul Lloyd, Raegan Lloyd, Sterling Lloyd, and Caroline Altemose; one sister, Rita Brigman Hayes; and her nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Wilson, Jr.; brother, James Brigman; and small companions, her dogs, Angel and Weeble.

    A celebration of her life will be conducted at 2 o’clock on Friday afternoon, September 19th, 2025, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home with Reverend Charles McLendon officiating.
