Chasity Lassiter

In loving memory of Chasity Lassiter, who departed this life at the age of 39 on September 20, 2026, following a brief illness at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. Born in Darlington, SC, she was the beloved daughter of Hope Lloyd Huggins and Robert Lassiter.

Chasity filled the world with her love for music, her vibrant laughter, and the joy of her new granddaughter. Her legacy of warmth and humor remains with everyone who knew her.

She is deeply missed by her parents; her children, Nathan Jackson, Haley Jackson (Brandon Roberts), and Erica Jackson; her cherished granddaughter, Gracie Allison Roberts; siblings Nikki Cook (Marty Clark), and Jake Huggins; her nephew, Gene Cook; and uncles, Phillip Chisholm and Charles Lloyd, along with many loving cousins.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, J.B. and Edna Mae Lloyd, and her dear aunt, Gloria Truett.

Funeral arrangements will be announced on Tuesday. Norton Funeral Home and Crematory are humbled to serve the Lassiter family.

As we remember Chasity, we hold close the words of 2 Timothy 4:7: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” May her spirit continue to inspire us all.
