Carolyn Arrants

Bishopville, S.C. Funeral services for Carolyn Scott Arrants, age 78, who passed away July 18 will be held Saturday at 5:00 at the Lucknow Baptist Church. Rev. Howard Brown will officiate. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Arrants was born in Bishopville a daughter of the late Ernest & Nellie Hopkins Scott. She was a member of the Lucknow Baptist Church. Surviving are eight daughters, Lois (Ronnie) Boykin, Brenda McCaskill, Jean (Robert) Radcliff, Janice Scurry, Edith Nunnery, Audrey Arrants, Fran (Red) Truesdale and Celeste Sullivan; 16 grandchildren, Ronnie, Crystal, Shaun, Christy, Hamilton, Carlette, Amanda, Rocky, Ashl, Tyler, Trey, Jay, Courtney, Ric, Tara and Ali; numerous great grandchildren; three sisters, Annie Rogers, Edna Boykin and Sylvia Holland; one brother, Hebron Scott; two son in laws, Johnny Scurry and Carl McCaskill. She was preceded in death by her husband M.C. Arrants, Jr.; son in law, Eric Nunnery
