Carole Wallace Mooneyhan, also known as "sweet grandma" (77), went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ while at MUSC Kershaw in Camden with her loving family by her side. She loved her family deeply, and was known for her loving and generous spirit. She was always willing to help others. She worked as a Homemaker in her children's early years, then at Rubicon Counseling Center in Hartsville for 19 years.
Carole was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Henry S. Wallace and Ina Lane Wallace.
She is survivied by her children, Dwayne Mooneyhan, Troy (Tonya Stamey) Mooneyhan and Angela (Leavern) Jordan. Siblings, Sammie Mooneyhan, Faye McGovern and Roger (Shirley) Wallace; Grandchildren, Glen (Alisha) Mooneyhan, Haley Mooneyhan, Matthew (Michelle) Jordan, Ashley (Ryan) Carter, Wesley Patton and Reese Bridgeman; Great Grandchildren, Riley Flowers, Bradin, Neveah and Killian Mooneyhan, Thomas and Blaire Jordan, Noah and Haven Godfrey and Hadley Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents (Named Above); her husband, Glen Mooneyhan; daughter Virginia Carole Mooneyhan; siblings Dennis, David and Mike Wallace, Judith Tyner and Gloria "Ann" Barefoot.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held Saturday at 3:00 pm at the Clyde Church of God. Rev. James Petty will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
