Brenda Elaine Chandler

Hartsville, SC

     We regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Brenda Elaine Chandler.  Brenda passed away while at home on Monday evening, June 23rd, 2025, at the age of 53.

     A native of Hartsville, she was a daughter of the late Joel Leslie & Elizabeth Kay Bradshaw Dixon.  Brenda enjoyed animals, and loved spending time with her children and grandchild.  She also enjoyed working with the public for many years.  

     She is survived by her children: Brittany Wright, Howard (Dan) Dixon, and Lil Billy Chandler; grandchild, Paige Jordan; brother, Eddie (Marilyn) Dixon; and her dogs: Max, Duke, and Bella.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 32 years, Billy Chandler, Sr.; sister, Tammy Love; and grandparents, Benjamin & Martha Faye Bradshaw.  

     Her memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 on Saturday morning, June 28th, 2025, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  Mr. Richie Bradshaw and Mr. Chris Johnson will officiate, and the family will be speaking with friends following the service at the funeral home.

     Brenda requested that memorials be made to the Parkinson's Foundation at 5757 Waterford District Dr., Suite 310, Miami, FL 33126.
