Bobby Wallace Lee, Sr.

Loving and faithful Christian husband, Daddy, granddaddy, great-grand daddy (Ahpa/Papa), great-great granddaddy, brother, and friend with a sincere Joy for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was the rock of the family, leaving a huge and rich Christian heritage and legacy for them to carry on throughout the generations. He has now joined the love of his life Elsie, and his heart is no longer broken as they happily stroll over Heaven together,

Darlington Milliken Cotton Mill Worker, Retired from SCE&G with 36 years, Retired Army with 20 years (serving in Korea 1950-1953) and Army National Guard, Charter member of First Original Free Will Baptist Church and current member of Forest Hills Baptist Church. He served the Hartsville community for over 20 years as a volunteer firefighter with the Hartsville Fire Department and was respected and loved by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Elsie Shoemake Lee and son Bobby W. Lee, Jr. Celebrating his life is his two daughters Leila Sherron Lee (Ron) Skipper and Faithe Elease Lee (Sean) Williams along with his grandchildren Candace Skipper, Christy Skipper Batts, Holly (Tracy) Cable, Brandy (Shane) Shealy, and Melinda (Brad) Gainey and his great grandchildren Madison (Max) Holcombe, Dalton (Kaylee) Batts, Bentley Batts, Ryleigh Cable, Camryn Cable and Fynlee Cable, Parker Wilson, Chase Shealy, Grayson Shealy, Liam Shealy, Braylee Gainey and Kamil Gainey, great-great grandson, Teddy Hudson Holcombe, and from Texas Grandchildren Sarah (Michael) Kowalski, Joshua (Kaitlin) Williams and great-grandchildren Ainsley Kowalski, Amelia Kowalski, Levi Williams, Johnathan Williams, and Abigail Williams and his brothers Don Lee, Darlington, SC and Jerry (Diana)Lee, Roseville, California, along with an abundance of close friends and acquaintances.

Preceded in death were his Father Jesse E. Lee, Sr, Mother Leila J. Lee, Brothers Ed Lee and Steve Lee, Sister Sybil Lee Murray and son-in-law Ron Skipper and great-great grandchild Skyler Grey Holcombe, and special friend Ruby Boatwright.

Services of Remembrance will be held 3:00pm Sunday, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  Sean Williams and Rev. Jim Murray will officiate, with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
