Graveside services for Billie Linton Amerson, age 74, will be held Wednesday at 4:00 at Wilkes Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be following the service.
Billie was born in Chesterfield a daughter of the late George & Iona Mae Linton, Sr.
Surviving are one son, Buddy Amerson, Kannapolis, N.C.; two sisters, Helen Pittman, Archdale, N.C. and Charlotte Linton, Archdale, N.C.; three brothers, George Linton, Jr. Kannapolis, N.C., David Linton, High Point, N.C. and Junior Linton, Kannapolis, N.C.; three grandchildren, Kristina Amerson, Las Vegas, Nate Amerson, Rockwell, N.C. and Emily Kindley, Mt. Pleasant, N.C. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfton (Pud) Amerson; Children, George, Jesse, Wendell and Tom Amerson.
Norton Funeral Home is honored to serve the Amerson family.
