Bennie Anthony Dozier

Mr. Bennie Anthony Dozier, 58, of Hartsville, passed away on Wednesday morning, January 26th, 2022, while at MUSC Health – Florence Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday morning, January 29th, 2022, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home with Pastor Patrick Dye officiating.  A private burial will follow in the Clyde Church of God Cemetery and the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

A native and lifelong resident of Hartsville, Mr. Dozier was a son of Frances Hayden Gainey and the late, Bennie Edward Dozier.  Anthony loved working in security at MUSC Health – Florence Medical Center and greatly enjoyed attending his church, Hartsville Church of God.

Surviving are his mother of Hartsville; sister, Vicki (Harold) DuBose of Hartsville; also surviving are his nieces and nephews.
